Yes, Phantom Radio Live pays broadcaster fees to Live 365 which include
royalty and licensing packages for ASCAP, BMI, SESAC and Sound
Exchange.

Live365 is an Internet Radio hosting network where members can feature their
own online radio station or listen to other Live365 broadcasters' online stations.
Most Live365 broadcasters are hobbyists and music lovers, but several
established AM and FM stations also utilize Live365 to stream their audio
over the internet.
Live365.com is an officially licensed ASCAP, BMI and SESAC site.

We will notify each prize winner via email or by phone to request
their information and mail prizes out within 5 business days
from the winner confirmation date.  In some cases concert tickets or prizes
may be picked up at the Will Call Window of the venue in which the
concert or event is taking place.  Age restrictions may apply to some contests.
Winners must show valid Photo ID to claim a prize at a concert or event.
