The Phantom Radio Network accepts new music submissions with prior permission of the V.P. of Programming (The Phantom) Programming@phantomradionetwork.com
MP3s are not accepted without prior permission and will be deleted.
The Phantom Radio Network adds new music to the playlist via: listener requests, (email and phone), local, national and worldwide audience music research, regional/national building stories, and by the judgments of the V.P. of Programming (The Phantom).
